He brings with him a rich international experience by virtue of delivering large scale projects for various banks in West African Countries. With his proven business acumen and emerging technology expertise, Phani leads a world-class professional team that addresses the needs and problems of ConstructionTiger’s fast expanding client base. Phani handles varied roles in consulting, operations and general management with equal ease. Phani is an expert in relationship management and has always been the client interface in all major projects handled by him Phani is a self confident and extravagant businessman that has made him instantly recognizable wherever he goes. His interests include real estate, entertainment, gaming, and sports. A multifaceted Phani holds a bachelor degree in Civil engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in India.


• Gopal K Pradhan is the co-founder and CEO of the ConstructionTiger His entrepreneurial skills and experience in networking technologies saw him start Design Expo Network Pvt. Ltd (DE) in early 1998 along with few other like minded individuals. As technology head, Gopal charted the technology road map for DE, helped significantly in Business Development, and managed several large projects like Messaging platform of 10M users for Times Internet Limited. DE was acquired in August 2001 by a global banking solutions provider, SLMsoft Inc, a publicly traded company on Toronto Stock Exchange. Gopal helped SLMsoft move its banking products to emerging Java technology platform and was involved in design and implementation for CECP, a leading bank in West Africa. Gopal holds an Bachelor degree in Architecture (B.Arch)


• Srikant Misra, Chief operating Officer (COO) of ConstructionTiger brings with him a rich international exposure by virtue of working at various companies in Canada. He has helped Viaedge in delivering many large and complex projects in time. His knows resources capabilities better than resource himself which helps him allocating right resource on right project. Srikant holds an Bachelor degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from OUAT and Masters in Computer Science from Brock University, Canada.
